My path into psychology began with a passion for understanding how children learn, feel, and connect. I started my career working with neurodivergent children, especially those with ADHD and Specific Learning Disorders, supporting not only their development but also guiding their families. Over time, I expanded my work into emotional support, specializing in anxiety, trauma, and self-regulation.
I later trained in EMDR and Art Therapy, which deeply shaped my therapeutic approach. Today, I offer therapy to children, adolescents, and adults—supporting their emotional wellbeing through evidence-based and creative modalities. I work with both the mind and the body, helping clients build emotional resilience, process stressful experiences, strengthen their inner resources, and reconnect with themselves.
I currently provide therapy both online and in-person in Barcelona, in English and Turkish. Alongside clinical work, I contribute to the EMDR Child and Adolescent Association, creating psychoeducational materials and resilience-building activities for young people. My work is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and co-creation—honoring each person’s unique story.
